Casa Claudia is a charming property located in the countryside, being a typical construction of the island of Formentera.

Distributed on one floor, this house is located in a privileged enclave in the countryside and a few metres from a cliff overlooking the sea. Far away from noise and traffic, its access is at the end of a typical road of the island and all around you will find nature.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in the middle of the Formentera countryside. It is an ideal place for a picnic at sunset, next to the cliffs, just before the sun goes down.

The house is distributed in a main living area which, like many houses in Formentera, separates the villa into two wings. The main area has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and on the other side of the property is the guest wing with another 3 bedrooms of which 2 have their own private and independent access.

The pool area is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, just like the main house. All rooms have their own private terraces which open out onto the Formentera countryside with views of nature. Split air conditioning
