In this corner of the Mediterranean lies our private villa, a perfect location for both executive meetings and a relaxing holiday.

On a large private plot of land, on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Porreres, we find this old 17th century Possesió, completely restored and converted into a spectacular villa with all the comforts of yesteryear and preserving the character of yesteryear. Belonging to the same family through the centuries, the current owners are the fourth generation.

Extraordinarily spacious and with a number of features that make it truly unique, the villa allows you to immerse yourself in a unique environment full of history and at the same time enjoy the most modern and exclusive comforts. This property is an ideal place to organise meetings or events as it has the capacity to host, both inside and outside, a large number of guests.

Outside the villa there are beautifully manicured gardens with a wide variety of trees, flora and vegetation, a large swimming pool, a solarium and different chill-out areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying at any time of the day. The interior is no less impressive. The restoration of the palace has been carried out with extraordinary care, maintaining original architectural elements such as the wooden beams, the magnificent arches and the stone floors. The spacious rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the decoration has been carefully designed down to the last detail. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Each of the six bedrooms has been decorated in keeping with the style of the house. Some of the bedrooms have their own balcony with beautiful views of the countryside and hills. Located in a peaceful setting, this villa is a great option for a group of friends or a family looking for a truly special accommodation on the wonderful island of Mallorca.

Plot of 150 hectares. The villa is distributed over three levels. The entrance gate to the property leads to a long driveway leading to the parking area. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and television. On this same floor, but on a lower level, there is a large Celler, perfect for organising events or meetings, and an industrial kitchen. Stairs lead up to the main floor, where there is a corridor leading to three double bedrooms.

The first bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The third bedroom is a double with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking the countryside. On this floor there is a large terrace, a large dining room with seating for large groups, and a lounge furnished with several sofas from which there is also access to the terrace. On the other side of the living room there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Close to the lounge is the main fully fitted kitchen… There is a chapel on the ground floor, which is accessed from the outside. Outside there are olive groves, a swimming pool and changing rooms with bathroom.
