Located on the hills overlooking Cala Carbó beach, this spectacular villa combines Moorish-Andalusian architecture with a privileged location that offers panoramic views of the sea and the iconic islet of Es Vedrà.

Its design, inspired by traditional Arabic architecture, can be felt in every arch, in the interplay of light filtering through latticework, and in the gentle sound of a fountain in the courtyard. The house invites you to slow down time and live it fully.

In terms of layout and rooms, the property is mainly arranged on a single floor and organized around a charming central patio that provides access to the different areas of the house. It combines open spaces with intimate corners, always bathed in Mediterranean light and offering sea views from the main living areas.

The Moroccan-style living room, centered around a fireplace and decorated with traditional details, opens onto a large terrace with a swimming pool and endless sea views. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen and indoor dining area provide a warm and functional setting to enjoy with family or friends.

The villa features four bedrooms, each with its own character and a serene atmosphere that invites relaxation. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an exterior private bathroom with double sinks, evoking the aesthetic of a contemporary hammam. Bedroom 2, also with a double bed, offers an en-suite bathroom and a cozy, intimate ambiance. Bedroom 3 includes a single bed, maintaining the same relaxed and natural essence as the rest of the house. On the lower floor, Bedroom 4 features two separate beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower — a perfect space for those seeking independence and tranquility.

The villa is located in a very peaceful and privileged area, just 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car from Cala Carbó beach.

Cala Vadella and Cala d’Hort beaches are 10 minutes away, San José village is 10 km away, and Ibiza Town is 30 km away. A supermarket is just 5 minutes away.

The rates include bed linen and towels, electricity, water and gas, garden maintenance, WIFI internet access, pool maintenance, end-of-stay cleaning, and a change of towels and sheets for stays longer than one week.

Certain additional services are not included, such as airport transfer, baby cot (from €10/day), cancellation insurance, private chef, babysitting service, driver, or extra bed (from €20/day). Late check-in fees also apply (€150 between 00:00 and 09:00, €110 between 20:00 and 00:00), as well as a tourist development tax.
