Description

This house located in a magnificent estate in the north of the island of Ibiza is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Comprised of a two-storey main building and a separate guest house in the garden, this villa also boasts a private swimming pool, beautiful garden and a modern and bright interior design that make this destination the ideal place to enjoy with family and friends.

Layout:

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, en-suite bathroom, one with shower and one of them, with bathtub and air conditioning.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed sharing a bathroom with shower and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony.

In the garden, there are two more bedrooms with direct access to the pool and terrace with double bed, shared bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

All beds measure 160 x 200 cm and only one of the rooms lacks air conditioning.

The interior of the house is decorated in bright and warm beige tones that invite calm and bring an elegant style to the villa. The dining room is original as it is made up of armchairs that replace the traditional chairs and has a fully equipped kitchen that is open to this space to make cooking more comfortable. The bathrooms are predominantly white, spacious and bright.

Outside, there is a carefully maintained garden with Mediterranean plants and flowers surrounded by pine trees and fields. The outdoor dining table is located on a shaded terrace and protected from the sun so that this space can be enjoyed even on the hottest days. Steps lead down to the garden and swimming pool with sun loungers.

There is a pool house where you can relax and unwind while having a good time with friends and family. There is a second outdoor dining area in the garden under the trees near the pool.

Included in the rent: bed linen and towels, electricity, water and gas, cleaning on departure, mid-week cleaning, tourist development tax. Not included: cancellation insurance and late check-in from 8pm (from 100 €/per stay).
