In the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, in the middle of the Vaucluse mountains, the cliff-top village of Gordes, voted the most beautiful village in France and the world by Travel+Leisure magazine, is the epitome of a Provençal mountain village and is the site of this property.
The villa is composed of three independent buildings standing on a plot of land with a privileged view over the valley.
Both inside and outside, the accommodation invites you to discover a private art collection comprising forty works of art, some of which are monumental and made specifically for the site. One example is the blue portico designed by the artist Gaultier Rimbault-Joffard.
It has a total surface area of 450 m2 and capacity for 18 guests who can stay in seven bedrooms equipped with en suite bathrooms.
As for the typology of the rooms, five are double rooms with balcony, king size bed, en suite bathroom and shower. Meanwhile, another bedroom can accommodate up to 6 people, has a balcony and five beds, one king size, two twins and two bunk beds, with en suite bathroom with shower.
The sleeping quarters are completed by a lounge with an open fireplace that can accommodate up to 25 people, two kitchens and a dining room. Outside, there is a dining room located in the conservatory.
The property has a two-hectare enclosed park and enjoys two private heated swimming pools with sun loungers, breakfast is provided and the kitchen is at guests’ disposal. There is a fully equipped gym, yoga and wellness area with sauna and hammam, as well as an outdoor kitchen, boules pitch, outdoor cinema, and outdoor contemporary art pieces.
There is also a mini electric car available and an outdoor play area for children. Services include private staff, daily cleaning, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, baby friendly and premium quality furnishings, bed linen and towels. There is a wide range of wellness, outdoor and children’s experiences, among others, which can be booked to measure.
In fact, the stay includes concierge service, VIP welcome, assistance during the stay by a house manager who is available to guests before arrival and throughout the stay to make it unforgettable.
It is less than two kilometres from the emblematic Sénanque Abbey, far from the hustle and bustle.
Marseille airport and the Aix TGV and Avignon TVG train stations are an hour’s drive away. L’Isle sur la Sorge is 23 minutes away by car.
