Description

This property is located in the town of Jávea, on the north coast of the province of Alicante, in the Marina Alta region.

The house is distributed on a single floor and has been recently renovated (2022), under a rehabilitation project carried out in a respectful way with the existing constructive elements such as vaults, wooden beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls. These are mixed with ceramic floors from the area, and original walls that conserve the blocks of local stone masonry pre-existing in the original construction.

The interior design is based on local architecture and natural materials and furniture have been used in the architectural details and in the decoration based on furniture made of natural fibres such as rattan.

The kitchen retains the old feel of the building, with a stone sink in front of the window and built-in furniture with a worktop of deep blue glazed tiles, a tribute to the sea and the colour of the Mediterranean skies.

The villa is 180 square metres in size and can accommodate up to six guests and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as two living rooms, a kitchen and dining room for six guests. Outside, the terrace has a pergola with a built-in gas cooker for outdoor dining. In the living room, which is also furnished with rattan and brick furniture, there is an open fireplace and a double door that opens onto the terrace and the landscape. This boho chic house has its own garage and private swimming pool with sun loungers for sunbathing.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dressing room, safe, fan and en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace. The second double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other two bedrooms are for single use, one of them with en-suite bathroom.

The nearest Blue Flag beaches are 2 km away. There are supermarkets 600 m away and restaurants 300 m away. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are 110 km away.

Sports such as sailing and pleasure boating can be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity of the house.

WiFi, optional cleaning service and breakfast are available and the garden is maintained. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required and pets are allowed.
