The house has been designed by two architect friends with the intention of creating a space that will combine the best of the mountains and the beach, with a practical and welcoming design, especially designed for families with children.
Being located in the countryside, the house is accessed via a 300 metre dirt road, which leads to a covered parking area.
From the entrance, the hall leads to a spacious common area where, through large windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. To the right, the open kitchen with central island connects to a separate bedroom, ideal for guests or staff, with en suite bathroom. From the living room, there is access to a covered terrace, the perfect space to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather.
On the ground floor, on the left hand side, there are two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The hallway, which has a door for privacy, leads to the common area. Upstairs, a TV room with comfortable sofas invites you to relax, and from there, you enter the master bedroom with double bed, chaise longue and en-suite bathroom.
The furniture, carefully selected by a decorator, is exclusive and functional, designed for comfort.
