Located in the natural park of Cap de Creus, in Cadaqués, on the Costa Brava, this estate built in the 1980s maintains intact the spirit of that era and a characteristic Mediterranean style that offers guests the opportunity to stay in one of the most coveted resorts on the Costa Brava, in a house full of authenticity and with stunning views of the sea and the mountains.

The house offers a total of seven comfortable rooms on the first and ground floor, including the master suite with a spectacular sea view and a bedroom with a total of five beds. On the first floor you will find bedroom 1 with a king size double bed, private bathroom with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower and WC, air conditioning, sofa, office area, TV, dressing room, private terrace and fan; and bedroom 2 equipped with two beds, including a single bed and a trundle bed, private bathroom, shower, WC and air conditioning.

On the ground floor:room 3 has a double bed, private bathroom, with bathtub and WC and includes air conditioning, sofa, office area and private terrace; room 4, has 1 queen size double bed, private bathroom, with shower, WC, air conditioning, sofa, office area and private terrace; room 5 with queen size double bed, private bathroom, with shower, WC, air conditioning and sofa; Room 6 has a queen-size double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and toilet and also includes air conditioning, sofa, dressing area and private terrace; and, Room 7 has 5 single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, air conditioning, sofa, TV, DVD player and private terrace.

This 725 square metre property consists of two houses, a main house where the living areas are located and a second building where the bedrooms are located.

The decoration denotes a chic, zen and refined style that mixes contemporary and mainly Italian design furniture with works of art. The villa is also very bright, thanks to its large windows overlooking the garden, the swimming pool and the bay of Guillola.

Guests can enjoy a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with large wood-burning oven and direct access to the garden. A gym with exercise bike and yoga mats is also available.

Outside, this property of more than one hectare offers its visitors different garden areas as well as relaxation areas where they can rest in hammocks arranged in the grounds designed on the basis of the typical terraces demarcated by borders of local stones, in addition to an outdoor dining area with direct access to the sea.

Guests can also enjoy a swimming pool with jacuzzi, from which it is possible to admire incredible views of the sea. A petanque court, a ping-pong table, two canoes, a paddle surf and snorkelling equipment are also at their disposal.

Regarding staff and additional services, the price includes chef services (food and beverages will be charged separately), garden maintenance, mid-week cleaning, full cleaning at the end of the stay, free toiletries and concierge services.
Two staff will be at guests’ disposal, paying attention to every detail, to make their stay unique.The villa also offers guests the possibility to request optional services such as daily cleaning, babysitting, massages, cooking classes and wine tasting.
