This elegant villa is distributed over three floors, we will access through the terrace on the first floor, where we will find the splendid living room with a wonderful view over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea illuminating the whole room where we can relax on the white leather sofas. This lounge, like the rest of the villa has been decorated with an elegant and luxurious taste in light and bright colours, taking advantage of the light and warmth of the sun, this simple, modern and high quality decoration will make us feel that we are in an earthly paradise with nothing but the immensity of the sea before our eyes. On this floor we will find a modern and comfortable office with a toilet, we will also find next to the living room the dining room a fully equipped open kitchen and bar seating, we will have a wooden table with elegant wooden seats to enjoy delicious lunches and dinners accompanied by the wonderful view over the terrace and the Mediterranean Sea, through a sliding door we will access the terrace with another wooden and glass table to eat. Following some interior stairs we will access to the ground floor where we will find a beautiful bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, a sofa and a bathroom with shower. Going up the interior stairs again we reach the top floor where we find two bedrooms with a double bed each, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower in each bedroom. A fourth independent bedroom is located in a flat next to the outdoor pool, with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. It is air-conditioned.

The direct access to the outside and the breathtaking views make this flat a true marvel!
