Magnificent hunting and recreational estate in the Toledo Mountains

Situated between the mountain ranges of Los Yébenes and the Sierra de Manzaneque, this 400-hectare estate has a good manor house with a swimming pool in perfect condition, and a Technical Plan for hunting, shooting and night game all year round.

A privileged enclave, with mountainous terrain, with flat areas and the source of a stream on the estate itself, several wells, native vegetation typical of the area such as holm oaks, chaparros, strawberry trees, rosemary and rockrose and an additional area planted with cereal on one of the boundaries of the estate.

It also has an important hunting population representative of the area with numerous specimens of deer, fallow deer and wild boar, native partridge, pigeons and rabbits. The main house, of 877 square metres, has a lot of charm and high quality workmanship, traditional style architecture, with old Arabic tile roofs and whitewashed walls with beautiful details in porches and windows.It has a garden and an outdoor swimming pool with a fireplace and changing rooms.

On the ground floor, we find a large main living room with two fireplaces, kitchen, ironing room and laundry room and a bedroom area with one en suite and two others sharing a bathroom. Upstairs is the master suite with a large bedroom, sitting area and bathroom. There is also a sleeping area on the side of the central building with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the outside area there is an annex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for guests. The caretakers’ house consists of a living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Rustic land in the whole of the property with the exception of the houses and installations which are considered to be on urban land.
There is an abundance of water from the property’s own well, which is drilled and takes the water to a deposit. The supply for the dwellings is sufficient and guaranteed from the deposit.
Mains electricity. The property has an emergency electric generator in case of lack of electricity supply.

Several watchtowers and night stands as well as feeding troughs and water troughs for the cattle.
There are no enclaves or country roads in the interior of the farm.
