THE HOUSE

ACCOMMODATION
The house is ideal for families, getaways with friends and weekend and holiday retreats. The main house has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 18 people. There is also a guest house attached to the main house with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is the possibility of renting the house for a minimum number of nights, including daily breakfast and cleaning service.
There are different areas to enjoy and rest, extremely pleasant when a large group is staying in the house.
Possibility to rent the house for accommodation only or for events with or without accommodation.
For corporate accommodation the house can offer up to 4 double rooms with private bathroom.

EVENTS
There are endless possibilities and spaces within the property where you can organise a corporate event, photo shoot, filming or product presentation.
Depending on the event you wish to organise, we can advise you on the best arrangement of the spaces.

THE PAVILION: it is a building independent from the house located in the garden, with large windows from where you can appreciate the countryside and nature. It has high ceilings and a projector and screen to complement any meeting. Decorated like the living room of a large country house, this unique space is presided over by two large fireplaces, making it a cosy and original place where you can organise any meeting or presentation. The space has 250 m2 and the meeting area is 190 m2. Ideal for events between 100-150 people. On request.
This area has a small office, toilets and terrace where you can organise a coffee break.

MAIN HOUSE:
WORKSHOP ROOM: located in the main house there is a multi-purpose room connected to the main kitchen of the house ideal for showcooking events, workshops or dining room, for a maximum of 25 people if it is for lunches or dinners or 20 if it were a workshop.

KITCHEN AND DINING ROOMS: the house has a beautiful typical English kitchen with several connected rooms. Between dining room, office-games room and workshop room, it can accommodate up to 77 people seated for lunches and dinners, in an original way because of the different connected rooms.
o Main dining room with fireplace: 20 people.
o Office: 20 people.
o Games room: 12 people.
o Workshop room: 25 people.

ROOMS IN THE HOUSE: in addition to the workshop, kitchen and annex areas, ideal for lunches and dinners, the house has large living rooms with several fireplaces, perfect for organising meetings or lunches and dinners when an authentic and exclusive country house atmosphere is desired. The main floor of the house can be rented for events.

GARDENS AND PORCHES: when the good weather arrives, this property offers an infinite number of places where you can organise activities: a cocktail or breakfast in the gardens by the swimming pool, a dinner on the terrace and pergola with views of the mountains and the countryside, or even teambuilding activities on the different esplanades among pine trees.
