Description
Located in the Alicante town of Denia, at the foot of the Montgó Massif, this construction combines modern design with antique pieces. Built in 2023, it has a surface area of 120 square metres distributed over a single floor that is distributed in a living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a total capacity for 8 guests. In the garden there is a private swimming pool with sun loungers and excellent sea views.
The living room with fireplace has two large sofas and armchairs and opens through a large window to the views of the terrace. Two of the bedrooms have two beds each, to be used together or separately, and the third bedroom has four beds. All with en-suite bathrooms.
The linen, 100% cotton and XL size, includes one beach towel per guest.
The dining room has a two-metre long table that can comfortably seat eight guests. In the kitchen, one of the walls has been closed off with old wooden panelled doors that have been recovered and conceal a comfortable floor-to-ceiling storage area.
There is an outdoor barbecue area.
The nearest beach to the property is Marineta Casiana (3 km away) and the best is Rotas-Las Marinas (5 km away) and in the surrounding area you can go on excursions to the Sierra del Montgó mountain range.
The owners recommend surfing, kite surfing, sailing, hiking and wellness gym and spa (2 km). Restaurants and bars can be found a few kilometres away in the Raset-El Puerto area. For cultural activities we recommend visiting the Castle of Denia, the Toy Museum, the Museum of the Sea and also the flea market, visiting the wineries Jesús Pobre Les Freses (11 km away) or booking a table at the restaurant Quique Dacosta, which has three Michelin stars (6 km away). To top it off, a day trip by ferry to Formentera and Ibiza is ideal.
It has WiFi, Smart TV with access to Netflix and air conditioning. Pets allowed. The minimum stay is 2 nights and it is available for events and filming.
