This beautiful newly built house is in the style of the traditional architecture of the Comporta region with a lime clad façade, gabled roofs, exposed beams painted white and wooden slatted doors in the same finish. It has a floor area of 300 square metres, can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms with double beds, living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen. Outside there are several porches with areas to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature and a poolside dining area with privacy and unobstructed views of the pine forest.

Decorated in a boho chic style, it features comfortable interiors perfectly adapted to enjoy stays at any time of the year. The kitchen is well equipped, and underfloor heating in all rooms.

It enjoys an excellent location 5 minutes from the beach and Comporta with access to a wide range of shops and services, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, bank and pharmacy.

Situated on the edge of Possanco, it belongs to the old fishing village of Comporta, from which it is only 5 minutes away.

Being at the end of a street, the feeling of privacy is total, so that the property has an incredible view open to nature. The construction follows the typical “Comporta style”, but the owners have taken care of every decorative detail, most of them coming from different corners of the world.

Quality is key in this property, from the bed linen to the breakfast cups. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom and the living room, dining room and kitchen occupy an open plan floor plan. There is underfloor heating with a central heating system in all bedrooms and the living room. The pool is surrounded by a sandy garden and can be heated by solar energy. The property allows parking for 2 cars inside while on the street there is always extra space if needed.

The rental includes daily private housekeeper service for cleaning or cooking on request for 4 hours. The exact times and tasks can be scheduled in advance of the stay.

The village of Comporta is 1.5 km away and the best ice cream bar in the area, Gulato Lab, is worth a try on the way. To go to the beaches, you can take the car or the bicycle, one is available and extra bikes can be hired.

Comporta is an old fishing town with a great tourist attraction located south of Lisbon and has been under development for the last decade. Fancy restaurants in town or on the beach, nice shops and new bars open every year. The beaches of Comporta are beautiful and unspoilt. 15 minutes north of Comporta, on the peninsula, is Troia. It is interesting to visit the marina area, the casino or go on boat trips to spot dolphins, visit the Roman ruins or take a ferry to Setubal, among other interesting activities.
