Located in the heart of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park, the property offers a unique space to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the area. It offers a perfect blend of tradition, modernity and nature.
It is located just 26 km from Requena and 100 km from Valencia, in an ideal area for nature lovers and outdoor activities. Nearby, you can enjoy activities such as hiking, horse riding, rafting and light aircraft rides, wine tourism, visits to wineries and tastings of olive oil and cheese. There are also cultural activities such as a visit to the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park, the land of Bobal and the local patron saint festivals. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby (5 km) and the nearest beach, La Malvarrosa (Valencia) is 100 km away.
The house, an old village house renovated with respect for tradition and contemporary design, has a surface area of 100 m², distributed over two floors, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an interior living room with an open fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has two dining rooms, one inside and the other on a porch, with a barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors.
Thanks to the careful selection of services and amenities, the house offers a unique and personalised experience for all its guests, with high quality services designed to guarantee comfort. Among the outstanding services offered: rural Wifi, air conditioning and heating, as well as a private swimming pool. On request, pets are allowed, cot and high chair, daily change of towels, cleaning and laundry service, breakfast and also early check-in and late check-out options available on request.

As for the interior design, the style and design of the house – which bears the name of the former owner – has been carried out with the greatest attention to detail, both in terms of the materials used and the furnishings and decorative accessories.
As for the renovation and adaptation to current needs, it has been carefully restored, preserving the original elements that give character to the building, such as the wooden beams, the terracotta floors and the traditional tiles.The Catalan vaulted ceilings and the wooden doors follow the typical style of the rural houses of the area, creating a cosy and authentic atmosphere.
The house has some rules: smoking and parties are not allowed, pets are allowed with the express consent of the owner, care of the facilities and furniture is required, and the rest of the neighbours is ensured, avoiding disturbing noises between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
