This palace house is a small treasure located in the historic centre of Cádiz. It is a luminous 18th century palace house reminiscent of a Moroccan riad designed as a place for celebrations and meetings, making it a universe of its own that invites you to enjoy and experience unforgettable moments.

The heart of the palace is its hostess, whose vision was to create a meeting place for family and friends from all over the world. A place for personal growth and transformation. To realise her vision, she spent many years meticulously restoring and decorating the house with love and attention to detail. This accommodation is a very personal place, with the owner’s artistic touch evident in every corner, making it truly unique.

The house sleeps up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a toilet, and is arranged over several floors, each designed for comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to a cosy courtyard, a small chapel, a laundry, an ironing room and a toilet, all designed to make daily life easier.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The Bavarian room has a large double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres and a private bathroom with shower. The Mary room also offers a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres, complemented by its own en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, the floor plan houses a spacious kitchen with a dining area that opens onto a patio, fully equipped to satisfy any culinary needs. The large living room is an ideal space for gatherings, with a dining table that seats around ten people and a library that invites you to enjoy a good book.

The first floor offers a versatile layout with several bedrooms. The Moroccan room can be configured with a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 metres or two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 metres, and has an en suite bathroom with shower. The Italian suite is composed of two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The large room includes a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 metres or two single beds, and has a south-facing balcony overlooking the street. The small room, with a double bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 metres, can be used as either a single or double bed. The bathroom on this floor has two washbasins and a bathtub with shower. Finally, the Anglo-Indian room offers a large double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 metres or two single beds, as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, shower and bidet.

On the roof terrace, there is a studio room with a small double bed of 1.40 x 2.00 metres, ideal for single or double use. This space has a panoramic en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as seating areas, a dining area and two sun loungers. There is also a summer kitchen equipped with barbecue, dishwasher and a small fridge, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, although there is no cooker.

There is a lift, garage, rural Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, kitchen available for guest use. It does not have private staff, nor does it offer breakfast, lunch and dinner services and does not allow pets or smokers.

In terms of access to the property, the nearest airports are Jerez de la Frontera, 32 km away, Seville 105 km, Gibraltar 95 km and Malaga 162 km. Cadiz train station is 20 minutes’ walk away, making it easy for those arriving by train. Train station: Cádiz (stops directly in the old town of Cádiz and is a 20 minute walk from the palace house.

The surroundings of the property offer a wide range of activities to enjoy. There is walking, cycling, swimming, tennis, jogging, canoeing, fitness and fishing. In addition, there are opportunities for cooking, sailing and surfing courses, as well as language schools and various cultural activities, making this location an ideal place for leisure and learning.
