The main building of Villa Perdrix, located in the Regional Natural Park of the Alpilles, was originally built in 1860 and has been restored in recent years in an authentic French style but updated to offer every comfort.
The main building consists of two recently restored cottages, a large heated swimming pool area and a bowling alley facing a magnificent panoramic view over three hectares of landscaped gardens of oak, olive and pine trees.

The interior of the main building and the two cottages give the property a total of five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, three bedrooms in the main house and two cottages of 30 m2 each with private bathrooms.
In addition, there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area.The property also has an indoor gymnasium with multi-functional sports machines.
Outside, there is a heated swimming pool (13×6 metres) with a magnificent panoramic view.
