Description

Built in 1650, this classicist mansion built in masonry and ashlar, to which two attics and a balcony were added in the 19th century, hides behind its centenary walls a refurbished and modern interior that reflects the latest decorative trends. A wall of rammed earth surrounds the entire estate, a 2,000-metre plot with gardens and a heated swimming pool where every detail has been thought out for the well-being and enjoyment of the inhabitants and their pets, such as the availability of bicycles or beach towels, billiards or table football.

Layout:

Two storeys high, it is distributed over three levels, accessed by a modern staircase with exposed flights, the spectacular start of which is at the entrance. The connected and open spaces are the protagonists of a modern refurbishment in which traditional elements, terracotta floors and masonry walls are complemented by outstanding design pieces and a brilliant lighting project. The decoration, relaxing and warm, has been chosen in light tones, with excellent qualities and natural textiles that guarantee comfort and cosiness. The house consists of a living room with a TV and a large modular corner sofa, an open-plan kitchen equipped to the latest standards, a dining room for 20 people, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sitting area on the balcony. The bedrooms vary in capacity. Thus, there are three bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with two double beds, 2 x 2 (king size) beds and a large bedroom with three bunk beds, equipped with TV, Play Station and table football. Equipped with Bassols bed linen and towels.

Outside, there is a summer dining room and swimming pool with sun loungers surrounded by a well-tended garden with lush vegetation. It also has a garage and is available for holding private events. The house is located in the Cantabrian municipality of Liérganes, 7 km from the Natural Park of Cabárceno and 15 km from beautiful beaches such as Somo, Langre and Loredo, 30 minutes from Santillana del Mar and 11 km from Santander airport.
