The bedrooms are distributed as follows:
Bedroom 1 has Queen size double bed, en-suite bathroom, bath, separate shower and WC which also includes dressing area and has fan.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, bath with shower head, WC and includes a fan.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed. En-suite bathroom, bath with shower head, WC and fan.
Bedroom 4 has a king size double bed, en suite bathroom, bath with shower head, WC and fan.
Bedroom 5 has two single beds, en-suite bathroom, bath with shower head, separate shower, WC and fan.
Room 6 has two single beds, en-suite bathroom, bath with shower head, separate shower, WC and fan.
Room 7 has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, separate shower, WC and fan.
Room 8 has a queen size double bed, en-suite bathroom, separate shower and toilet.
The interior design is in a classic French style that transports guests to the bygone eras of the 19th century. The wallpapers, the Toile de Jouy patterned fabrics, the brass beds, the blue skirting board dining room and the stuccoed walls with a crystal chandelier allude to romanticism. Handcrafted curtains with original prints, fabric headboards, period copper bathtubs and porcelain claw-foot tubs, as well as fully restored period fittings transport guests to another world.
Outside, the 19th century château resembles a small castle with three separate turrets, rising prominently above the ten hectares of vineyards. In addition to outdoor dining and living areas, furnished with teakwood furniture, the property has woodland and meadow areas that are ideal for jogging, as well as a tennis court, a resort-style swimming pool and a terrace for al fresco dining. There is also a games room equipped with a pool table and table football.
The rental includes staff and services including two hours cleaning per day which can be extended for an additional charge.
This château enjoys one of the best and most convenient locations in Bordeaux, being only 25 minutes drive from Bordeaux city centre and 25 minutes drive from the medieval village of Saint-Émilion, 5 minutes drive from the town of Creon and 30 minutes from Bordeaux international airport and train station.
Included in the price are bed linen and towels, concierge service, cot and high chair, daily cleaning of the house, garden maintenance, cleaning of the house on departure, pool and/or beach towels and toiletries.
