A hidden paradise in the natural park of Oyambre

The location is a dream, thanks to the spectacular and privileged views of the natural park and the Picos de Europa. The house sits like a viewpoint in nature, without borders. No other element can distort us. The light is another characteristic aspect, since from its porch we can enjoy hypnotic sunny doors next to the swimming pool; an ingredient difficult to find in the houses of the area and very pleasant for the long summer days.

Outside, the aim was to embellish the landscape even more, by subtly repopulating the estate with trees, as garden and landscape are harmoniously integrated.

Both the interior and the exterior have been designed and managed to the smallest detail by the owner, where everything follows the same philosophy. A commitment to simplicity, honest beauty and maximum comfort. For the execution process they counted on the skilful help of the architect Esteban Aparicio.

Balance to the extreme to achieve that sensation of peace and tranquillity in the natural environment to which it opens. The superfluous is blurred to really connect us with the essential thanks to that warm neutrality. Pure calm.

Layout:

We access through the main floor to a spacious living room with double height surrounded by large windows that open onto the porch and pool. On this floor we find a guest toilet, a kitchen open to the dining room and a master suite.

On the upper floor we find a library area open to the living room, being the perfect viewpoint to the outside.

On this floor there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

In the basement floor is located the spacious garage where you can park several vehicles and the laundry room.

Thanks to its location in the heart of the natural park of Oyambre, it enjoys a strategic position, whether you want to go to the best beaches in the area such as Oyambre or Gerra, just five minutes away by car, or the same distance to the emblematic Villa de Comillas and very close to San Vicente de la Barquera, with excellent gastronomic offer in the surroundings.

The surroundings are perfect for enjoying the sea, nature itself and the mountains thanks to the proximity to the Picos de Europa. Less than an hour away we can find ourselves in the ski resort of Alto Campoo, enjoy canoeing in Prellezo, in the Cares itself or even visit Santander or Asturian cities of great cultural interest during the day, such as Llanes, Colombres, Ribadesella or Cangas de Onís.

Note: The cottage next to the big one is for the exclusive use of the owners and has separate entrances and gardens, so the big house enjoys all the privacy, large private garden and swimming pool for exclusive use.
