Located in the charming hamlet of Casas de Pradas, belonging to Venta del Moro, Valencia, this sustainably designed rural house offers a unique experience in the heart of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park. The house, refurbished with the touch of local craftsmen, invites you to disconnect from urban life and immerse yourself in nature, with a focus on the essentials: a good book, a coffee, a siesta, a walk or a pleasant conversation at sunset.

With spectacular views of the natural landscape, the house allows you to reconnect in a serene and privileged environment. This restored village house makes the most of local materials such as stone, brick and wood and features solutions that focus on sustainability and others that are designed to make the most of the space with exposed bars instead of cupboards or the bathtub in the spa area, which is made of brick and clad in ceramic. One of the floors has a design of hydraulic tiles that are a tribute to the artisan past.

The rural house is distributed over three floors and has two terraces from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the nearby forests and mountains. Inside, the house has a cosy living room with sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and an exclusive spa with panoramic views of the Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park, offering an ideal space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property has a capacity for 6 people, with a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two additional guests. With 130 m² built, the house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, rural Wifi, and quality, custom-designed furniture. In addition, the kitchen is at guests’ disposal to prepare their own meals.

Additional services include daily cleaning on request, welcome drinks, coffee, gel and shampoo.
Guests can request private staff, breakfast service, laundry, beach towels, baby cot, high chair, as well as late check-out or early check-in.The house also allows pets with the express consent of the owner and is fully baby friendly.Nearby, visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking, horse riding, rafting, light aircraft rides and wine tourism, with visits to local wineries and tastings of olive oil and cheese.

The nearest beach, Malvarrosa, is 100 km away, while the cities of Requena and Valencia are 26 km and 100 km away respectively.
Among the rules of the house, smoking and parties are not allowed and guests are asked to take care of the facilities, furniture and other elements of the property, ensuring the rest of the neighbours between 22:00 and 8:00 hours, avoiding annoying noises. With an incomparable natural environment and all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay, this rural house is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway in the heart of nature.
