This villa, which combines the charm of Mediterranean buildings with modern details, is a peaceful retreat for a pleasant getaway to the beautiful island. Surrounded by a spectacular garden with numerous nooks and crannies for outdoor living, the building with whitewashed walls, exposed beams and terracotta floors invites you to relax.
The house is only a 7 minute walk from the beach and beach clubs of Port des Torrent and a 5 minute drive from magnificent coves such as Cala Bassa and Cala Conta. The pretty village of Sant Agustín is a 5 minute drive away and the charming village of Sant Josep is 10 minutes away. It is 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Dalt Vila. The Ibiza golf course is 30 minutes away.
Layout:
There are 6 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that can sleep up to 12 people. The main core of the house houses the master bedroom, a spacious living room with three sofas, exposed wooden beamed ceilings, a sun lounger that opens onto a patio with fountain, a grand grand piano, a large porch with table for 12 and sofa area, the rustic kitchen open to the patio, toilet, gym and laundry room. The master bedroom, with king size bed, is composed of two rooms overlooking the garden and the pool and has a fireplace, ceiling fan, dressing room and bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In the guest wing there are four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: the first bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking a private terrace and access to the roof terrace with sea views; two further bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and views of the garden; and finally, one bedroom with a double bed located in the basement, which doubles as a media room and also has a desk. The sixth bedroom overlooks the pool and has a queen size bed. Each guest has direct access to each bedroom and the kitchen independently, facilitating coexistence and privacy.
The lush 3,000 square metre garden has a lawn and typical local vegetation of cactus, bougainvillea, yucca, laurel, vines, fig and lavender. The infinity pool is salt water, can be heated on request (at extra cost) and can be seen from all the rooms of the house. It is surrounded by a large sunbathing area equipped with Balinese beds and sun loungers and parasols for all guests. The property has many corners to relax in hammocks, sun loungers and sofas that allow you to enjoy the shade provided by palm trees and pine trees. All this is completed with a chillout/barbecue area and a large roof terrace with views of the sea and Cap Nono.
The minimum stay is one week. It offers catering services prepared by chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner or barbecue in the tranquillity of this private villa. It is also possible to rent a private yacht with or without skipper and book yoga, massage or pilates services.
It has a garage, heating, air conditioning, private swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen and beach towels.
