In the main house there are four bedrooms: bedroom 1 has direct access to the terrace, overlooks the sea and has a 180 cm double bed configurable into twin beds, private bathroom, with twin sinks, bathtub, shower, air conditioning, sitting area, TV, safe, dressing room and private balcony; bedroom 2, also with sea views, has a 180 cm double bed configurable into twin beds, private bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower, air conditioning, TV, safe, dressing room, private terrace and balcony; bedroom 3 has direct access to the garden, sea views, a 180 cm double bed configurable into twin beds, private bathroom, with bathtub, one washbasin, air conditioning, TV and safe; and, bedroom 4 has direct access to the garden, a 180 cm double bed configurable into twin beds, private bathroom, with bathtub and one washbasin, air conditioning, TV and safe.

The guest house offers three additional bedrooms: bedroom 5 has direct access to the garden, a 180 cm double bed that can be converted into twin beds, a separate bathroom with twin sinks and bathtub, air conditioning, TV, safe and dressing room; bedroom 6 has a 180 cm double bed that can be converted into twin beds, a bathroom with twin sinks and bathtub, a sitting area and dressing room; and bedroom 7 has a 180 cm double bed that can be converted into twin beds, a bathroom with twin sinks and bathtub, and a dressing room.

In addition, there is a caretaker’s house for 2 people.

The interior designer is the renowned German designer Hans Peter Proff, who was responsible for the decoration of the villa and who is also responsible for the development of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague and the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Montreal. The style of this villa offers a fusion of bohemian chic inspiration, Italian design furniture and an ethnic touch, all recreated in a Provençal setting.

The villa is equipped with an alarm system and remote surveillance, fibre optic internet connection and WIFI available throughout the property. The main villa enjoys 110 square meters and has several living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and the four bedrooms, each with private bathroom. In addition, there is a separate room with 2 spacious en-suites and bathroom and, in another separate room, there is a suite with bathroom and two staff quarters.

Outside, the property has five parking spaces, spacious outdoor living areas carefully designed with sea views and a Mediterranean garden. Guests can enjoy an outdoor lounge, covered outdoor dining area, bar and barbecue, as well as a petanque area, pergola and a Moroccan salon as a SPA and massage area. The villa also has an air-conditioned indoor gymnasium and a free-form heated outdoor swimming pool (12 m x 5 m), with pool house, sun loungers and parasols.

In terms of staff and services, a property manager, concierge, travel and lifestyle assistance is available to guests 24/7. This person is on site several hours a day and can be contacted by email or mobile phone at any time. A housekeeper, available from 8:00 am for 6.5 hours a day, 7 days a week, takes care of breakfast, cleaning and laundry. A chef and butler are available to cook and serve all meals. The pool technician and gardeners come to the property on a weekly basis. All services are included in high season. For other periods, information on the services included will be provided.

Rates include: Bed and household linen, butler, concierge, cook, domestic staff and gardener, electricity, water, gas, housekeeper, internet, WIFI, pool maintenance, selection of bath products.

Not included in the rates: Cancellation insurance, meals.
