The house is located in Pego, a few minutes from Comporta, on the Alentejo Coast, Portugal.
It is located in an area of the Portuguese coastline surrounded by rice fields, pine forests and close to beaches.
The Comporta region is known for its coastline with sandy beaches, clear waters and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation.
The main cabin includes an open-plan kitchen integrated with the living room and a suite with a private bathroom adapted for wheelchair users.
One side cabin has a master suite, and the other has two separate bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The property has a 300-square-metre construction inspired by the traditional fishermen’s houses of the region. It consists of three cabins arranged in a U-shape around a landscaped courtyard with sand and a small waterfall. The house has underfloor heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen and amenities designed for comfort.
The swimming pool is on the edge of the garden, overlooking the pine trees, and can be enclosed for child safety.
The villa is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp included. It is three minutes from Carvalhal and ten minutes from Comporta, with several outdoor seating areas, a fountain, private pool and garage.
The area offers options for relaxation or outdoor activities. Nearby are restaurants, interior design shops and beach clubs. You can go horse riding in the dunes, take surfing lessons or go on electric bike tours, adapting to different tastes.
The villa can accommodate up to eight people, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is available year-round. Rates vary by season: high season in July and August, with a minimum stay of seven nights; mid season in June and September, with a minimum stay of four nights; and low season from November to March, with a minimum stay of three nights. A refundable security deposit is required.
Amenities include an indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi, central heating and cooling system, mosquito nets, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
Outside there are seating areas, a swimming pool enclosed by wooden gates, a barbecue (not available in summer) and a parking space.
Midweek and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
