The cottage is located in an estate with a private garden and patio of 1,700 square metres, situated on an elevation that allows you to enjoy views of the sea, the lagoon and the beach of Doniños. With a Blue Flag, it is the best known sandy beach in Ferrol, it is two kilometres long, has a promenade, children’s play area and is located on the outskirts of this municipality in the province of A Coruña, which is why it is considered a semi-urban beach. It is also a popular destination for surfing enthusiasts.
Built with natural and modern materials, it has a surface area of 150 square metres offering a capacity for a maximum of 8 guests distributed over two floors, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and stunning views of the lagoon and beach. This house enjoys absolute tranquillity, its interiors dialogue with the exterior through large windows, from where you can enjoy an idyllic setting and an atmosphere that invites you to feel at peace, perfect for families looking to escape and connect with nature.
It stands out for its wooden construction, cubic shape and flat roof. It has an adjoining porch to enjoy the shade of a comfortable seating area, next to which there is an outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue and an adjoining area with hammocks as a solarium.

The spacious living-dining room overlooks the porch and has a double height. Between the dining room and kitchen, there is a breakfast bar with high stools.
