The house is in a privileged location in the charming village of Pinos del Valle in Granada, in the heart of the Lecrin Valley. This beautiful valley, surrounded by the impressive mountains of the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, offers a unique natural environment, ideal for those looking to disconnect and enjoy the peace and quiet. Furthermore, the refurbishment of this 18th century manor house, carried out by the designer Adela Maldonado, has respected the historical essence of the property, blending it with a modern and elegant design.
The layout of the villa is spread over 500 m² and can accommodate up to 20 guests. It has 10 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as 3 living rooms, a dining room and a private swimming pool. The ground floor houses two suites, while the other bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The living room La Corrala, in the centre of the house, becomes the heart of the villa, standing out for its spaciousness and luminosity thanks to the skylights in the ceiling. Every corner has been carefully decorated, balancing the traditional and the modern to provide a comfortable stay.
The property is fully equipped with high quality amenities such as heating, air conditioning, rural wifi and designer furniture. In addition, the house is baby friendly, making it ideal for families. The private swimming pool, surrounded by six sun loungers, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Additional services available include daily cleaning of the common areas, as well as breakfast and dinner service, and access to a fully equipped kitchen. In terms of location, the villa is only 5 minutes from the access to the Sierra Nevada motorway, which connects the Tropical coast of Granada with the capital.
Both the city of Granada and the coast are only 20 minutes away by car, and Granada airport is 25 minutes away.The villa is also 90 minutes from Malaga airport, making it an accessible destination for those wishing to explore the region.
The natural surroundings offer a wide range of activities, including hiking trails, horse riding, water sports at the nearby reservoir, and visits to the historic city of Granada, where you can admire monuments such as the Alhambra and the Cathedral.In addition, the ski resort of Sierra Nevada is only a few minutes’ drive away, and the beaches of the tropical coast are 25 minutes away.
