Located in Livinallongo del Col di Lana, a small Italian town in the province of Belluno, Veneto region, in the heart of the Italian Alps and close to Venice, this is an ideal retreat for nature lovers, adventure seekers and those seeking a quiet getaway. The chalet architecture blends harmoniously with the natural landscape, showing a perfect marriage of modern design and traditional alpine aesthetics.

The accommodation options are exquisite, offering a variety of carefully designed rooms and suites, each decorated with warm interiors of stone, wood, choice furnishings and large windows framing the magnificent views of the Dolomites. There are both cosy rooms and spacious suites with private balconies, where you will find a sense of tranquillity that envelops you from the first moment you step inside.

The chalet is situated in a predominant location, at an altitude of 1,700 metres, which guarantees maximum privacy for guests, as the nearest buildings are in the village of Arabba, 700 metres away, and access is only possible via a private gravel road.

It consists of two buildings connected from the inside, Maso and Masetto, carefully restored to preserve intact the original appearance and local charm of the ancient structure. At the same time, they are equipped with modern technological systems able to guarantee the highest levels of comfort and energy efficiency.

The spacious interiors can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests in suites and up to twenty guests in additional beds in the mezzanines and adjoining rooms. The furnishings follow an extreme attention to details of style and functionality to guarantee guests exclusive environments. On the ground floor of both units, there is a wellness area with sauna, steam bath, emotional shower, swimming pool with counter-current swimming machine, hydromassage and jacuzzi to enjoy maximum relaxation. There is also a small cottage located 10 metres from the chalet, intended to accommodate service staff or more guests, equipped with 4 beds, kitchen and 2 fireplaces. The bedrooms and the living room have been furnished with antiques, for example the door locks are antique and their history is described in Giovanni Lanaro’s book. Inside there is a permanent exhibition of local art, reserved only for guests, displaying works by the artists of Unika, an association of sculptors and painters of Val Gardena, and the painter Raimond Mussner.

The dining experience at the chalet is an art in itself and the restaurant is renowned for its gourmet cuisine, a fusion of local and international flavours for exquisite dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients and paired with an extensive wine list.

All year round, the Dolomites are an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise, offering a snow-covered landscape ideal for skiing, snowshoeing and winter hiking in winter. Meanwhile, in the warmer months, there are trails, winding through lush meadows and ancient forests, ideal for hiking or mountain biking.

This chalet nestled in the mountains is located about 2.45 hours’ drive from Venice where Venice Marco Polo International Airport (VCE) is located.

Outside, the property includes 20,000 m² of pasture and 4,000 m² of woodland where you can observe the local wildlife: foxes, roe deer, deer, hares and marmots.
