A perfect destination for a relaxing retreat, this charming property can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people in four buildings: a main building, two cottages and a separate studio. They offer bright interiors, modern rooms and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The rooms in the four buildings are on the ground floor and have the following characteristics: rooms 1 and 2, both with 160 cm double bed and ensuite bathroom, room 3 and 4, both with 160 cm double bed and shared bathroom, room 5, with 160 cm double bed and ensuite bathroom, and room 6, with 160 cm sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. Inside, the use of traditional materials such as wood, the hydraulic mosaic floor, the exposed beams and the original stone embouchures have been updated and transformed to create a contemporary atmosphere in which designer furniture and natural fibre furniture coexist.
The main building consists of two double bedrooms (bedrooms 1 and 2), a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, three fireplaces and a dining room. The first has two bedrooms and a bathroom (bedrooms 3 and 4), a kitchen and living room with fireplace and the second cottage also has a kitchen, living room and bedroom with bathroom (bedroom 5). Meanwhile, the last bedroom (bedroom 6) is located in an independent studio and has a sofa-bed and bathroom.
Outside, the property has a beautiful garden which is a real oasis with a 12 x 4 m salt water swimming pool and a Balinese lounge in the centre. The main building has a covered terrace equipped with a large dining table and another terrace with beautiful views over the valley of Sóller.
The first casita also enjoys a terrace, patio and barbecue area and the second casita has a beautiful covered outdoor terrace with a corresponding dining table.
In terms of location, the property is idyllically situated between the villages of Biniaraix and Fornalutx, in the middle of the orange groves of Sóller, a municipality of the Balearic Islands, situated on the northwest coast of the region of the Sierra de Tramontana, Majorca, from whose capital it is 26 kilometres away. The airport is also 24 kilometres away.
The price includes bed linen and towels, electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance and weekly cleaning of the house, while cancellation insurance and tourist development tax (€2 per guest/day) are excluded from the rates.
