Every corner has been designed to help you reconnect with yourself: the spacious rooms, the light filtering through the wooden beams, and the whisper of the sea breeze create an intimate and deeply serene atmosphere.

Inside, noble materials and natural textures such as stone, wood, and linen coexist with a functional and inviting design. The main living room invites long conversations by the fire, while the fully equipped kitchen becomes the heart of the home — perfect for sharing breakfasts and dinners with family or friends.

Set in a unique environment just minutes from the beach, between sea and mountains, and only 1 km from the highway, the location is ideal for nature lovers. From here, you can enjoy open views and a wide range of leisure and sports activities, all surrounded by the beauty of the Asturian coast.

The villa features five bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort and privacy. Four of them have en-suite bathrooms, and all share the warmth and harmony that define the property.

Outside, a lush garden embraces the swimming pool, creating an intimate setting where the fresh northern air and the sounds of the mountains invite you to pause. The porch, furnished with natural wood pieces, becomes the perfect spot to enjoy a genuine wellness experience.

Just a few minutes away, the beaches of Caravia and Colunga allow you to alternate the tranquility of the countryside with the vibrant energy of the sea.

Rates include bed linen and towels, electricity, water, gas, pool and garden maintenance, and Wi-Fi internet access. Additional services such as transfers or a private chef are not included but can be arranged upon request.
