The house is distributed over three floors, with a surface area of 250 m² and capacity for up to 8 people. It has four double bedrooms (two with single beds and two with double beds), as well as three complete bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub, to offer greater comfort to the guests.

The kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and all the necessary appliances, allows guests to prepare their meals with ease. The living room, decorated in a cosy atmosphere reminiscent of an English cottage, features wood and floral fabrics that add warmth to the space, and the furniture, mostly inherited from the family or recovered from the house, adds a personal and unique touch.

The 1,500 m² garden surrounding the house is perfect for enjoying the environment, organising outdoor activities or simply relaxing surrounded by nature.

Location

The property is located just 15 minutes from Torrelavega, where you can access the train station to connect to Madrid (3 hours and 40 minutes). Santander airport is only a 20 minute drive along the A8 motorway, while the centre of Santander is half an hour away. In addition, the house is an hour’s drive from Bilbao and only 25 minutes from the beach of Liencres, allowing you to enjoy both sea and mountain activities.

The area offers a wide variety of activities, from mountain excursions, hiking, or visiting the charming villages of the region. The local gastronomy is another attraction, with numerous restaurants offering traditional local dishes. Just 20 minutes away is the Puente Viesgo spa, ideal for a day of relaxation.

The house is also close to other points of interest such as Comillas (40 minutes away), and Esles (20 minutes away). For lovers of cultural tourism, the Hotel Palacio de Helguera, just 10 minutes away, is another place of reference.

To make the stay more pleasant, the property has heating and rural wifi, and is pet friendly, allowing guests to enjoy the company of their pets during their stay.
