Abizanda is a beautiful town in the region of Sobrarbe (Huesca) located in the Aragonese Pre-Pyrenees. A 20-minute drive from the town of Ainsa, it stands on a hill from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Pyrenees and the reservoir of El Grado. It is known for its cultural events, such as the puppet theater, its history and its charm that attract many visitors to the village. Its cultural heritage includes the fortress tower, the church of the Assumption, the House of Puppets or the Museum of Beliefs and Religiosity of the Pyrenees among others. A markedly natural enclave that invites the practice of activities such as canyoning, hiking or mountain biking.
The hotel has all orientations, it is 360 degrees.
The architectural elements of greatest interest are concentrated on the south façade, which opens onto large galleries, some of them reinforced with pillars and wooden footings, and with long, low rectangular openings for ventilation of the false; there is also a roof on the first floor, with a large masonry pillar for reinforcement. There are other points of interest in the house: a coat of arms, the well and the wine press. The coat of arms is on the façade, the well is embedded between two masonry walls and is made of the same material. The press follows the usual half-round wooden model, and the element of greatest interest is the protective masonry work that surrounds it, with a gable tile roof.
The property is in a perfect state of conservation. Since its construction construction in 1800, it has undergone numerous remodelling works, the last one in 2012, when it was converted into a modern and contemporary space adapted to the needs of the contemporary space adapted to the needs of the 21st century.
Buying a country house can be a safer investment than other types of property because it is usually more profitable and because its price, although it fluctuates, evolves in a more controlled manner. In this case, the impeccable condition of the property makes it possible to operate and make the investment profitable immediately.
