House with a rustic feel is nestled in the Andalusian countryside, in the beautiful province of Cadiz, 15 minutes drive from the centre of Arcos de la Frontera. In the village there are typical restaurants and small bars, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries and supermarkets. The strategic location of the house offers an ideal starting point to visit the white towns and villages of the region, as well as the magnificent beaches of the Costa de la Luz, which stretch from Cadiz to Tarifa.
The interior of the house, which is decorated with whitewashed walls and masonry furniture combined with braided fibre pieces and cotton fabrics, has an area of 160 square metres distributed in three double rooms, each equipped with a sofa/bed; three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathtub, and a toilet. In addition, all rooms are air-conditioned and there is a cot available for babies; the kitchen is fully equipped to offer comfort during the stay and has an oven, dishwasher, gas cooker, fridges, a Kitchenaid machine, Delonghi and Bialetti coffee machine, kettle, fruit juicer and toaster, among other utensils; the living room is open to the kitchen, creating a flowing and cosy space, with a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth to the atmosphere, while the sofa bed offers an additional option for relaxation, as well as a coffee table, Bluetooth speaker and a record player to enjoy good music.
Outside, in the centre of the house is a courtyard with orange trees and a fountain where a large table is available for enjoying meals and snacks in the sun, as well as a hammock and a shaded area for relaxing. The house has a swimming pool, which includes a ‘beach’ type area and an outdoor shower. The poolside terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, providing a perfect place to relax in the sun. From the gazebo you can enjoy a 360 degree panoramic view.
This space includes a corner with a sofa and a low table, ideal to enjoy a good time in the middle of nature. The property has an olive grove that extends over two hectares of land covered by centenary olive trees, located on a lower level than the swimming pool, which offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Other notable spaces in the house are: the cinema room, a small room for video projection, an extra space with a comfortable sofa and air conditioning system for a more comfortable environment. It also includes the pantry, a storage room that includes: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, portable fridge, barbecue/smoker, board games, beach umbrellas, etcetera. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The nearest airports to the property are those of Jerez de la Frontera, located 40 km away, Seville 125 km away and Malaga 185 km away. As for the towns and villages that can be discovered in the area, some of the closest are Arcos de la Frontera, 10 km away, Medina Sidonia 38 km away and Jerez de la Frontera 40 km away. You can also visit Grazalema at 50 km, Zahara de la Sierra at 55 km and Sanlúcar de Barrameda at 65 km. Vejer de la Frontera is 70 km away, while Setenil de las Bodegas is 80 km away, Ronda is 90 km away and Seville is 120 km away.
If you are looking for the beaches of the Costa de la Luz, the closest options are El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda, both 60 km away, and Cádiz, which is 70 km away. Also nearby are Chipiona at 75 km, Conil de la Frontera at 90 km, El Palmar at 95 km and Tarifa at 125 km.
The house is for the exclusive use of the guests. The price varies according to the number of rooms occupied, outside school holidays. For stays outside these dates, the minimum stay is 2 nights. During school holidays, the rental period is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. In addition, a cleaning fee of 120€ per rental applies.

This house is located in the Andalusian countryside, in the province of Cadiz, a few kilometres from Arcos de la Frontera. A picturesque and lively village on the route of the white villages. The strategic location of the house offers an ideal starting point for visiting the towns and villages of the region, as well as the beaches of the Costa de la Luz that stretch from Cadiz to Tarifa.
The property has all orientations.
It is a privileged environment where you can experience a moment out of time, in harmony with nature and the rhythm of the seasons. The climate is particularly pleasant all year round. The winters and autumns are mild and sunny and the springs offer an explosion of colours before the warm summer temperatures.
The building appeals to the senses as it is a house renovated with the love and care of its owners with the collaboration of local companies and craftsmen. The chosen decorative style is minimalist, warm and familiar without forgetting its Andalusian origins. In fact, some of the furniture has been made by a local carpenter and others come from trips or have been made by Andalusian craftsmen.
This rural house is suitable for various activities, especially for outdoor enjoyment, as it is located in front of its two-hectare centenary olive grove and surrounded by a property of more than five hectares of agricultural land where wheat and sunflower are grown alternately. The life of the house is articulated around the central courtyard which is connected to the rooms and the kitchen on one side and the swimming pool on the other side. The main bedroom is located in the same building as the kitchen/living room. The two other bedrooms are in their own building, so privacy is guaranteed.
