Its architecture preserves the traditional character of Cantabrian homes, with stone walls, wooden balconies, tiled roofs, and a presence deeply rooted in the land.
Inside, the spaces open onto a warm and serene atmosphere, where natural light, the fireplace, textiles, and noble materials create a feeling of home from the very first moment.

The house is arranged over three floors.
The main floor serves as the heart of the home: a large open space where the living room, dining area, and kitchen coexist naturally, designed for cooking, sharing conversations, and turning every gathering into a meaningful moment.
