Situated on the outskirts of the historic and lively town of Monforte d’Alba, this house is nestled among the Nebbiolo vineyards of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Barolo. Overlooking the Alps, it stands out for its proximity to villages and hills within the Langhe, a hilly area south and east of the Tanaro River in the province of Cuneo, in the Italian region of Piedmont. This area is famous for its wines, cheeses and truffles, in particular the white truffle of Alba, making it a perfect getaway for travellers who enjoy nature and gastronomy.

Surrounded by 2,000 m2 of green spaces and vineyards, this accommodation is an ideal destination to enjoy nature. The building is perfectly preserved and maintains the façade in the sienna tone so characteristic of Piedmont, as well as the classic shutters in a greenish-celadon tone. It can accommodate up to 6 people as it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is distributed on two floors.

The property represents a beautiful example of classic Piedmontese architecture and style equipped with modern and contemporary facilities. The main floor features a large kitchen and dining room with wooden beamed ceilings, a living room, a multimedia room with TV and a bedroom. The decoration, elegant and sober, stands out for the frescoes on the high ceilings and the checkerboard floors of hydraulic tiles or mosaics with beautiful drawings in tesserae, tiles of the firm Fornasetti in the bathrooms. All this is complemented by antique furniture dotted with contemporary design pieces made in Italy, including iconic pieces such as the Vanity Fair armchair by Poltrona Frau, in black leather.

There is an outdoor hot tub on the main terrace and the nearest swimming pool is just a 5-minute drive away.
