On the border between Umbria and Tuscany, this villa enjoys a privileged location for relaxing and exploring the mountain villages of the region. The location of Trevine, a hamlet in the province of Perugia with around 20 inhabitants, guarantees a relaxing stay surrounded by a peaceful environment. Close to Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, this local stone building, surrounded by a well-kept garden, is spread over two floors. An archway in the garden leads to a small porch with outdoor dining area and to the main entrance enclosed by two wooden gates. From the entrance hall, an opening decorated with curvilinear mouldings leads to the living room with fireplace and a staircase that repeats this geometry in the wooden banister.

On the upper floor, the open staircase leads to a large hallway that leads to the four bedrooms through doors with openings also decorated with mouldings.

Inside, the decoration denotes a classic style that maintains traditional architectural elements typical of the area, such as the exposed wooden beams on the ceilings and the terracotta tiles on the floors. The chromatic range used on the walls is of pale tones chosen to achieve the maximum sensation of calm.

The lounge, with a fireplace, is ideal for a chat before or after dinner. As for the bedrooms, they are equipped with large independent bathrooms, each decorated in a different style designed to achieve maximum comfort and minimum stress.

The bedrooms, which are distributed in four double rooms with en suite bathrooms, have large windows with magnificent views of the landscape, as well as richly polychrome wardrobes and beds with wooden canopies, details that add a romantic and cosy touch. These rooms are complete with living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and private garden.

Outside, the large swimming pool is strategically placed to enjoy the views of the valley and the mountains. The villa’s terraces and gardens are spacious, allowing for picnics, afternoon tea, candlelit dinners or relaxing with a favourite book on the lawn. Complimentary amenities such as pool towels, parasols and sun loungers are available for guests.

The villa is located at a distance of 90 minutes by car from Florence airport, 150 minutes by car from Rome and 40 minutes by car from Perugia.
