This accommodation enjoys a perfect location as it is situated in the exclusive residential ski area Les Brigues, an authentic, uncrowded area in the heart of Courchevel ski resort in the French Alps, in the Tarentaise valley, Savoie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
The ski slopes are less than 100 metres from the chalet, making it easy to get to the ski lifts on time. The facilities include a private SPA and indoor heated swimming pool, with a treatment room, hammam and two saunas, designed to provide a pampering wellness experience. In the same vein, there is also the possibility of practising fitness and yoga.
Inaugurated in the summer of 2021, this property is composed of several buildings that offer the privacy and exclusivity of a private chalet and show the typical architecture of the area built in wood with large eaves that are covered with snow and offer the typical stamp of a winter season. It is a destination that offers the exclusivity of a hotel and is designed for seminars and group retreats, private events, family holidays with children and remote working away from the daily routine. It has a total capacity of 20 guests with 8 en-suite bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. It has a total built area of 680 m2.
The interior is dominated by an interior design based on warmth where wood and warm fabrics reign to keep warm while contemplating the landscape through large windows designed in landscape form that offer panoramic views. It is distributed in living room with double height, glazed open fireplace with 380 degree view, installed on a raw granite rock and panoramic views open to the snowy mountain landscape, kitchen with dining room, outdoor terrace with outdoor fire, meeting rooms.
In the attic bedrooms, exposed beams and wooden ceilings add character and warmth to the rooms.
The kitchen is at guests’ disposal and is available for events and filming.
The villa is equipped with high-end Bowers & Wilkins speakers and allows guests to access Netflix and Disney+. It also has a cinema room with a selection of films, documentaries and video games, a children’s room with climbing wall and teepee tent, a gym with changing machines and a SPA.
The services offered for short (minimum stay is 4 nights), medium or long stays include: concierge service, VIP welcome, assistance during the stay by a house manager, available to the guest before arrival and throughout the stay to make it unforgettable.
In addition, daily cleaning, chef and waiter (in case of full board), private chauffeur and other exclusive tailor-made experiences.
