It has 750 square metres of living space. Adding to this expanse is a 3,000 sqm private garden surrounded by pine trees that benefits from exceptional views from sunrise to sunset. This unique property sits harmoniously in the surroundings to offer a tranquil experience ideal for families, groups of friends, corporate or private events. The property has 6 bedrooms that are in permanent direct contact with nature and the Mediterranean Sea through large glass windows. All bedrooms are equipped with double bed, private bathroom with shower, except room number 1 which has a bathtub, and dressing room.

The property has a spacious kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances, a cosy dining area and a comfortable living room.

The house is fully equipped and features central air conditioning, Bluetooth control, fans, Wifi-i throughout the house, indoor and outdoor Sonos systems, individual music system in each bedroom, Samsung smart TVs connected to the internet, security system and safes.

Outside, the property is protected as it is within the gated community of Roca Llisa and guarantees total seclusion from the views of the neighbouring houses. In addition to the 3,000 square metre Mediterranean garden, there are spacious living areas, equipped with chaises longues, outdoor dining area and outdoor sofas, fruit trees and aromatic shrubs. In the garden area, guests can also enjoy a large terrace with pergola or candle shaded areas, outdoor kitchen (with fridge and Wolf gas barbecue), gym and yoga corners, as well as other spacious outdoor living areas offering, for example, barbecue or private terraces for each bedroom. They can also enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and take advantage of the designer lighting systems that provide an intimate ambience at any time of the day.

In terms of staff and services, the price includes cleaning services (Monday to Saturday), linen service (Wednesdays), final cleaning and pool and garden maintenance (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). The villa also offers its guests the possibility of optional services such as laundry (2 washing machines and 2 dryers on site), or the preparation of breakfast (purchases paid separately).In terms of location this villa is ideally situated in Roca Lisa, on the east side of the island of Ibiza town which is 15 minutes away and the airport is 20 minutes away.

The nearest beach is Cala Olivera.A safe cove is also within walking distance.

The price includes: bed linen and towels, change of linen twice a week, daily cleaning of the house, electricity, water, gas, maintenance of the garden and cleaning of the house at the end of the stay.
