This villa is a wonderful 16th century country house situated on a hilltop in Murlo, with spectacular views of the medieval castle of Antognolla and its 18-hole golf course. It has a large infinity pool with Jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 16 guests offering exceptional comfort both in the main villa and in a magnificent flat, named Olivo. The estate boasts terraces with panoramic views, sumptuous private gardens and modern comforts to ensure an extraordinary stay. This villa is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay, surrounded by comfort and elegance.

Description:

Inside, the décor consists of whitewashed walls contrasting with the reclaimed wooden beams, complemented by wrought iron furniture or upholstered with rich textile prints that seem to be inspired by the landscape. The large living room common to the bedrooms has two televisions, two DVD players, Bluetooth sound system and high speed internet access for leisure and entertainment.

The villa and the flat have fully equipped kitchens, each with dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. In addition, the main kitchen also has a microwave oven.

A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board offer more comfort in the main building, while the flat has these amenities included in the kitchen.
Air conditioning and central heating systems ensure comfortable stays all year round.

The splendid exterior features a private heated infinity pool measuring 15 by 7 metres with stunning views of the golf course and the 11th century castle of Antognolla.It is completed by a Jacuzzi for eight people, a relaxing space par excellence.The panoramic terraces are equipped with seating, an outdoor dining table with pergola for up to 10 people, barbecue and private landscaped garden for pleasant moments with family and friends.The swimming pool and jacuzzi are heated in unison.

Location:

The villa is located on one of the most exclusive private estates in Umbria, owned by the same family for generations, famous for its thousands of unspoilt hectares of woods and olive groves and its magnificent landscape made up of valleys, lakes and rivers. It bases its exclusivity on being located in the heart of Umbria, a region where the simple pleasures of country life mingle with the pleasures of nature, art, history and architecture, not to mention fabulous food and wine. The property is a two hour drive from Florence and Rome and Siena, Arezzo, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi and Orvieto, the regional capital, Perugia, are only 20 minutes away and are destinations offering a host of cultural activities, as are the spectacular mountain towns and villages of Cortona and Perugia, such as Montone.

A detail to bear in mind is that to reach the villa there is a 3 km white gravel road. Please note that the roads around the estate are in very good condition, although they are sometimes steep and not very suitable for low cars.

Included in the rates: bed linen and towels, change of towels twice a week, concierge service, daily cleaning (except Sundays and holidays), electricity, water, gas, garden maintenance, cleaning on departure, internet WI-FI, pool maintenance, toiletries, weekly change of sheets and towels (minimum stay of 2 weeks), welcome basket.
