This holiday home in Alicante is a unique flat for 4-6 people with a living area of 110 m² distributed over two bedrooms with two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Carefully designed by the architectural duo Studio Sinne, it stands out for its harmonious blend of soft colours and Mediterranean vibes. Everything in the property is designed to make you feel as comfortable as at home, in spacious rooms filled with natural light.
The building in which it is located dates back to 1920 and preserves the high ceilings, the restored antique carpentry, the hydraulic tiled floors and the original shutters of the building.
The strategic location of the flat, in the charming old town, allows you to enjoy a morning coffee with stunning views of a historic convent.
In contrast, the furniture is by national and international contemporary design firms, such as the Cesta lamp by Miguel Milá for Santa & Cole, the Rey chair by Bruno Rey, published by HAY, the iconic directional lamps by Serge Mouille, the Cesca chair by Marcel Breuer for Knoll and the Funiculí wall lamp by Lluís Porqueras, manufactured by Marset.
The flat has two bedrooms located on opposite sides, perfect for couples or families. The master bedroom includes a wardrobe, dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom has a bathroom just across the hallway. Both bedrooms have double beds (160 cm) and private balconies. Each room, including the bedrooms and the living room, is equipped with its own air conditioning unit to ensure year-round climate comfort, whether keeping the rooms cool in summer or warm in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the essentials for a pleasant stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine. On arrival, the property offers a welcome pack. Beach towels are also available for those who want to take a dip.
Amenities include: Cable TV, Netflix, Smart TV, WiFi and air conditioning.
In addition to the welcome pack (bottle of water, coffee capsules, tea, sugar and potato bag), cleaning pack (scourer, dishwasher tablet and cloth) and bath pack (shampoo, gel and body cream) are included.
The minimum stay is 3-5 nights.

It is possible to immerse yourself in the refreshing scent of the sea, just a 4-minute walk from the house. Through the balcony doors comes the gentle Mediterranean breeze, filling the rooms with a natural and invigorating freshness.
Located in the heart of Alicante, you can enjoy a variety of excellent Spanish restaurants and bars, all within walking distance, offering a range of culinary delights from traditional tapas to gourmet seafood. In addition, to immerse yourself in the local culture and explore stalls full of fresh, locally sourced produce, Alicante’s central market is within walking distance of the house.
