Description
This farmhouse, whose construction dates back to 1919, is located on an estate in the Doñana Natural Park, a biosphere reserve designated by UNESCO in 1980, in the Seville town of Aznalcazar, near the village of Villamanrique de la Condesa and an hour from Matalascañas.
The refurbishment of the house, with a surface area of 635 square metres, has been carried out by its owners, Pedro Llorente Morales and his son Pedro Llorente Prats, quantity surveyor and architect. It can accommodate twelve people in six double bedrooms and has six bathrooms and two toilets.
It is a traditional Andalusian farmhouse, with buildings built around a patio. The main house is built on three levels: on the ground floor there is an entrance hall, main living room, dining room and kitchen; on the first floor there are the bedrooms; and the top floor is occupied by the tower, a space that consists of an open-plan room.
The decorative style has been designed with the aim of maintaining the essence of traditional Andalusian farmhouses and, at the same time, combining antique furniture, coming from family inheritance and inherited generation after generation, with modern elements and textiles, always looking for comfort, but maintaining the flavour and essence of the farmhouse.
The house is an hour’s drive from Seville.
In the surroundings of the property, traditionally rooted in the culture of the horse and the work of the countryside, various activities can be carried out. Their full 360º service includes, 4×4 routes, trekking, electric bicycles, bird watching, horse and carriage routes, fishing, golf, hot air balloon rides, beach, cultural visits, El Rocío, Seville, Sanlúcar, nature visits, visits to the Doñana National Park with private local guides, cooking workshops and visits to wineries, photography and painting, yoga and relaxation. They also organise activities for children such as forest school and other workshops.
It has a private swimming pool, garage, heating, private staff and Wifi. It offers a restaurant service for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Pets are allowed and it is baby friendly. Includes daily cleaning service, welcome drinks and house wine. The minimum stay is three nights.

Walking barefoot in the meadow surrounding the house is a very pleasant experience.
Hiking through the magnificent landscapes, the marshes, the reserve surrounding the building promises aromas of pine trees and aromatic plants that connect with nature.
In this farmhouse they take care of the local gastronomy based on traditional home cooking and fresh and seasonal products from the garden, repeating family and friends’ recipes to enjoy a breakfast at dawn or a dinner in the warmth of the fireplace.
