On the first floor, there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen designed with built in furniture, stone worktops, wooden doors and cantilevered shelves with crockery and glassware on display. It has a circular table with seating for 6 people and 3 stools attached to the island and has direct access to an outdoor dining terrace with tables and seating for 12 people. This outdoor area is shaded by vines and bougainvillea and, at the back, there is a swimming pool of about 15 square meters and a depth of 2.20 m. Access to the courtyard garden is via the terrace.

Next to the kitchen, the main dining room has a jacaranda wood table, over which hangs the chandelier model 85 Led Lamps by Droog Design, which seats 12 people. This room, with a fireplace in use, is also home to a wall piano illuminated by a Serge Mouille double wall lamp.

In the living room, several cosy sofas and armchairs are placed in front of another working fireplace. The first floor is completed by a bedroom with a double bed and views of a balcony with wooden French doors and an en-suite bathroom with marble floor and shower.

Upstairs there is a further bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.

From the main staircase there is access to a large guest bathroom with shower.

The master bedroom suite is located on a mezzanine level and has a French balcony opening onto magnificent views, double bed and fireplace. In the adjoining hallway there is also a room where an extra bed can be provided to accommodate additional guests. The en-suite bathroom is accessed by a small staircase and has a freestanding bath and shower.

The upper floor consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for two more people.

In the attic of the house is the studio with magnificent views over the rooftops of Fornalutx, the mountains and the valley. It is a large space, with poufs, ideal to practice activities such as yoga, meditation, gymnastics or to read in a relaxed way or enjoy a chat with friends. The studio is also equipped with a projector with Chromecast for home cinema sessions in the evenings. It has direct access to a roof terrace of about 25 square meters which has a garden table, sun loungers and outdoor shower to cool off on hot days or to have an aperitif before dinner.

In addition to visiting Sóller or its marina, Deià and Palma can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car.

The interior layout and the outside space is also suitable for events and weddings.
