Description

This villa of 500 square metres in the purest Ibizan style, with whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and marés stone, is situated on a fenced plot of more than 2.700 square metres, located in an environment that opens up to stupendous views over the sea where calm reigns. From the house, which is surrounded by a pine forest, you can walk to the beach of Cala Salada, which is only 2 km away.

The house is distributed over 6 bedrooms, all located on the ground floor, two of them have double beds and the other four have twin beds, double beds that can be converted into single beds. Except for one of them, all of them have en suite bathroom with shower and all of them have air conditioning.

The main entrance is at street level, the lounge has a fireplace and sofas and has direct access to the front terrace which opens onto the sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge freezer, juicer, two filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle and utility room next to the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The first floor has a separate entrance leading to a lounge with TV and three single beds (measuring 90 x 200 cm), a small kitchen with fridge, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and coffee machine.

Outside there is a 10 x 4 metre rectangular swimming pool, three sunshades, 8 sunbeds and a Balinese bed for 2-3 guests and a charcoal barbecue. Added to this is an outdoor dining area on the porch overlooking the sea which is equipped with table and chairs to accommodate up to 12 guests. The outdoor kitchen has induction hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher and bar. In addition, a shower is available in this area.

The house also has open parking for up to four vehicles and a further car park located at a lower level.

Less than 4 km away is the village of San Antonio with all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Nearby beaches on the east coast are Cala Gració and Cala Gracioneta, both 7 minutes drive away, while Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida are all 12 km away. Restaurants are only 1 km from the villa and Ibiza town and the airport are a 20 minute drive away.

Included in the rent: bed linen and towels, electricity, water and gas, garden and pool maintenance and weekly cleaning.

Not included: cot (from 10 €/day), cancellation insurance, cook service, child care and baby sitting, extra bed (from 20 € per guest per day, extra cleaning hours, high chair 5 €/day, late check-in from 8pm (from 100 €/per stay).
