Description
This property is located in the residential area of the south coast of Ibiza in Es Cubells, a small village in the southwest of the island, situated between Vista Alegre and Cala DuenHort. It is on a sun-drenched hillside, in the heart of the so-called golden triangle of the island, a villa that combines the style of a boutique hotel with the chill-out atmosphere typical of Ibiza’s beach bars.
Over 500m2 of living space is spread over six levels, with terraces and separate decks offering stunning views over the bay, while the interior design features high-end finishes, including the use of exclusive and authentic natural materials that shine in contrast to the white walls.
This tranquil retreat is close to all the excitement and glamour that Ibiza is famous for, which is a 25-minute drive away and Blue Marlin, one of the island’s most famous beach clubs, is just 10 minutes away.
This residential complex has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a toilet, with a total capacity for 12 guests. Both the interior and exterior spaces are carefully decorated and designed and combine traditional natural materials with contemporary techniques to provide guests with maximum comfort.
On the first level, two main gates open onto the driveway located at street level offering five parking spaces. On this level there is also an independent guest house with en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
The second level gives access to the house and consists of 4 lovely bedrooms, equipped with washer and dryer; bedroom 1 has shared bathroom and king size bed (180 x 200cm) with sea views; bedroom 2 has shared bathroom and two single beds (each 90 x 200cm) and private terrace with sea views; bedroom 3 has king size bed (180 x 200cm), private bathroom, state of the art rain shower and terrace with sea views; and, bedroom 4 has king size bed (180 x 200cm) with bathtub and shower.
The third floor is divided into three areas: a fantastic open-air patio, spacious but cosy, with a large lounge area where a large table allows all guests to gather for a sunset dinner while enjoying the views through the typical Ibizan arches; secondly, through large glass doors, the patio flows naturally into the spacious kitchen area, fully equipped and with a large island and built-in cupboards made of 200 year old Canadian barn wood; and thirdly, the living room with fireplace and trompe l’oeil window overlooking the valley.
Finally, external stairs lead to the rear of the building where the fourth level is located, a sort of private rooftop chiringuito that offers the unique feeling of an Ibizan beach club, the ideal place to relax with friends and family around the pool, sip cocktails at the bar, prepare delicious dishes in the outdoor kitchen or simply relax in the lounge or on the sun loungers.
In addition, the house has leisure and sports areas, spacious relaxation areas, a fitness area and an outdoor yoga area.On the highest part of the hill there is an upper deck of 160m2 which offers a fantastic experience, on request, as it is a hidden secret overlooking the tropical island of Formentera.
