Designed by Alfredo Muñoz, founder of ABIBOO Studio, the house blends naturally into its surroundings, offering a way of living that is calm, mindful, and deeply emotional. The architecture is articulated through longitudinal volumes oriented north–south, promoting optimal bioclimatic performance, efficient use of solar radiation, and natural cross ventilation. Its exterior—combining exposed concrete, steel, metal, and large glazed surfaces—creates a volumetric composition with excellent acoustic and hydrothermal performance.
Inside, natural stone, metals, glass of varying opacities, and noble woods such as ebony shape serene, sophisticated, and timeless spaces, where each room has its own identity while maintaining overall coherence.

Access is through an entrance courtyard conceived as a transition between the outside world and the home’s intimate universe, accompanied by the sound of water that anticipates an atmosphere of calm.
From here, one enters a large, continuous double-height space of steel and glass, which progressively conceals and reveals the different areas in an almost museum-like manner.
The living room–museum, with over seven meters of height and abundant natural light, becomes the heart of the home—a space where art, architecture, and everyday life coexist in balance. The kitchen, exclusively designed by Ferran Adrià, is conceived as a sculptural piece integrated into the architecture: a steel structure where cooking becomes a creative, social, and sensory experience.
On the basement level, flooded with natural light, water takes center stage with a 23-meter heated indoor swimming pool, accompanied by a relaxation area with fireplace and chill-out beds, sauna, Turkish bath, chromotherapy showers, gym, and dedicated wellness spaces.
The exterior merges seamlessly with the natural surroundings and the golf course, bringing the landscape indoors through large glass walls and blurring the boundaries between inside and outside.
