Following in the wake of previous years, holidaymakers continued to arrive in Comillas and residences were built, such as the Sert house, by Olasagasti in the Basque style, or the Monteflorido house, moved from Cos to Comillas and rebuilt under the direction of José Luis Sert, and the Oyambre Golf Course was inaugurated (1924).
