This 400 square metre finca converted into an updated and pleasant space is situated on a plot of around 25 thousand square metres surrounded by terraces, typical marés stone walls and enjoys an excellent location between the mountain and the sea and in the vicinity of the charming Ibicencan village of Santa Eulalia.

The house was renovated in 2014 with high quality materials and decorated in a minimalist style. Its personality and charm are rooted in the austerity of the purest Ibizan style. While the architecture keeps the canons of traditional Ibizan buildings, the interior design stands out for combining the essence of handcrafted finishes and furnishings and is mixed with carefully selected pieces of signature design edited by such prominent firms as Bulthaup, B/&B Italia, Magis, Flos and Santa & Cole.

The house has four double bedrooms and four bathrooms offering a total capacity for 8 guests.

Inside, the main building has a large dining room open to the old porch of the house, a large living room overlooking the garden, with the swimming pool in the foreground and the surrounding fields in the background. It is connected to satellite TV (with international channels), DVD, Hi-Fi and WiFi. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with Bulthaup furniture and the breakfast bar has Stool One stools by Konstantin Grcic produced by Magis, the same model as the chairs in the comfortable open-plan dining room. The four bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and double beds convertible into two singles, have separate bathrooms with shower and there is also a guest toilet. In the garden, the finca enjoys a private, pool-like swimming pool, terraces and a covered porch for al fresco dining.

Location:

The house is situated between the countryside and the sea near the charming village of Santa Eulalia. The municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu is only a few kilometres from the airport, the city of Eivissa and the rest of the island’s tourist destinations.

The rates include: cot, bed linen and household linen, pool towels, change of towels twice a week, cleaning three times a week, electricity, water and gas, garden and pool maintenance, internet and WiFi.

Not included in the price: baby sitting service, drinks, cancellation insurance, cook service is only for dinners, extra cleaning service hours (from 15 €/hour), late check-in (from 100 €), laundry service (from 15 €/hour), massage, breakfast service (from 20 €/adult), tourist development tax.
