Minimalist villa in Comporta

The luxurious master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a large private terrace overlooking the infinity pool and a spacious bathroom with panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding countryside. All other bedrooms and the flat also have outdoor living areas.

The huge living room, with its double height ceiling and floor to ceiling glass windows, provides exceptional brightness. The minimalist-style living and dining areas open onto covered terraces on three sides, ideal for al fresco dining, swimming, sunbathing or simply relaxing.

Olive trees, Mediterranean shrubs and aromatic herbs frame the long infinity pool and terraces. During the day and at night, lavender and rosemary give off wonderful fragrances. Facing south, the villa enjoys sunlight until sunset, and the gardens are illuminated at night, creating magical spaces to enjoy at different times of the day. In addition, in the grounds there are leisure facilities such as petanque, a volleyball court, a tennis court and table tennis.

Due to the lack of screening on some terraces and the infinity pool, as well as the glass French windows and low tables with hard corners, this property is not ideal for small children, who should always be supervised.

The house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and the beds are two singles and four doubles.

A refundable security deposit is required for bookings and cleaning is included for 3 hours per day (except Sundays). Smoking is not allowed.

Services included are towels and sheets, TV, heating, wireless internet, swimming pool, free parking on the premises, terrace, coffee machine, kettle, dining table, tablet PC, toilet paper and soap, air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, indoor fireplace, clothes hangers, sound system, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Staff and services included: cleaning service (3 hours daily except Sundays), garden and pool maintenance (once a week) and basic welcome basket on arrival (subject to seasonal availability).

Extra services on request: grocery shopping, cook service and babysitting service. All payable locally.

As for the neighbourhood, the house is located in a quiet pine forest, accessible via a dirt road. The absence of neighbours guarantees privacy and tranquillity.
