Limestone has been chosen for the window and window flashings. The sliding windows will be made of solid wood and Climalit type air chamber glazing. The underfloor heating system will work by means of aerothermics. As for the air conditioning, the exterior and interior units will be of the Daikin brand. The sanitary fittings will be made of white vitrified porcelain and the taps will be wall-mounted. The light-coloured brick façade will be fitted with an insulation chamber and the interior will be finished with Pladur panels, wooden skirting board and walls painted with white smooth plastic paint.
The kitchen will be fully equipped, with Silestone worktops in white, as well as lacquered furniture fronts. The electrical appliances will be of the Bosch brand or similar.
The house will have a wood cooker of the firm Hergom, model Glance L, made of cast iron.The wardrobes will be laminated on the inside with white lacquered wooden fronts and finger pulls.The cupboards will be equipped with drawers, shelves and hanging bars.The electrical mechanisms will be JUNG brand, model LS990 in alpine white.The lighting will essentially consist of wall lights of various types depending on their location in the house, based on wall lights, linestras and suspension and recessed elements, all with LED lights.
The garden will be levelled for subsequent design by the owners and the area planned for parking will be paved with compacted gravel like the access to the plot from the exterior road.The plot will be enclosed by two metre long wooden posts and two horizontal boards between the posts.
