As for air conditioning, both indoor and outdoor units will be provided by Daikin. The sanitary ware will be made from white vitrified porcelain, and taps will be wall-mounted. The light-coloured brick façade will include an insulation cavity, and the interior finish will consist of plasterboard walls, wooden skirting boards, and smooth white plastic paint.
The kitchen will be fully fitted, with a white Silestone worktop and matching lacquered cabinet fronts. Appliances will be from Bosch or a similar brand.
The property will also include a wood-burning stove by Hergom, model Glance L, made of cast iron. The wardrobes will be laminated internally, with white lacquered wood fronts and integrated groove handles. They will be fitted with drawers, shelves, and hanging rails. Electrical fittings will be from JUNG, model LS990 in alpine white. The lighting scheme will mainly consist of various types of wall lights, linestras, pendant lights, and recessed fixtures, all featuring LED technology.
The garden will be delivered levelled, ready for future landscaping by the owners. The designated parking area and the access from the external road will be finished with compacted gravel.
The plot will be enclosed with two-metre-long wooden posts and two horizontal wooden boards between each post.
