Located in the Port of La Savina, just a five minute walk from the ferry from Ibiza, this penthouse apartment enjoys a strategic position opposite the Estany des Peix, next to the main road. Easily accessible to all corners of the island, it is surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants and other essential services. La Savina, the point of entry and exit to Formentera, is a small town that is lively during the day and quiet at night. Furthermore, Illetas Beach, the most emblematic beach on the island, is just 5 minutes away by car.
The flat occupies the third floor of a building and has been completely refurbished in April 2025 by RG Construcciones, the best rated company on the island. The decoration has been done by the owner, Olga Ramos.
This penthouse, which can accommodate two people, has 40 m² of interior space and another 40 m² of private terrace. The space has been designed with high quality materials and a style that mixes Mediterranean and Moroccan influences.
Layout:
The layout is open-plan: a single room with a double bed, an open wardrobe, living area and en-suite bathroom with integrated shower and vanity unit. From all parts of the flat you can enjoy views of the terrace and the sea.
The outside area, also 40m2, has an outside toilet with coffee area, fridge and microwave where a small kitchenette can be placed on request. There is a dining and sitting area under the porch. Outdoors, the large terrace also has different seating areas, an outdoor cinema and solarium, all with magnificent views overlooking the Estany des Peix, the sea of Formentera, the sunset and the islet of Es Vedrà.
The decoration stands out for the use of warm colours and cosy spaces, where the curved lines are reminiscent of Moroccan palaces and the top quality materials provide an excellent sensation of comfort. All the furniture has been selected with special detail and care both on different online platforms and during trips to Tunisia, findings that are completed with unique inherited pieces.
Among the main means of communication, to get to Formentera it is necessary to fly to Ibiza and take a ferry on a journey that lasts 45 minutes. Once on the island, the house is just a five-minute walk from the maritime station.
On the island of Formentera the distances are short so that any activity and point of interest is easily accessible. In the port of La Savina there is a wide variety of services, such as cafes, restaurants, private clinics and transport.
