House is located in Bicas, inland from the Alentejo coastline, between Melides and Carvalhal, and is a 15 minute drive from Comporta and has a variety of nearby beaches to choose from including Praia dos Brejos, Praia de Carvalhal and Praia do Pego. Planning a day trip to Lisbon is perfectly feasible.
House offers a perfect holiday getaway to relax and enjoy the Alentejo coast due to its excellent location between all the must-see coastal towns, such as Melides, Comporta or Alcácer do Sal, and the beaches of the Alentejo Litoral coastline.
The house is spacious and has connected spaces to give a greater sense of freedom. It has a large living room with large sliding doors that allow the interior to extend out onto the terraces outside.
This villa has a total surface area of 200 square metres on one floor and can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and the other two have two separate bathrooms. The bathrooms are electrically heated and all rooms in the house are air-conditioned. The house has a special living area, which has a spacious games room equipped with a table football. A place to hang out after a day at the beach.
On summer evenings, the barbecue can be lit, and on winter evenings there is an outdoor fireplace for an after-dinner fireside chat after a refreshing walk on the beach or a day’s adventure in the forest.
The pool has an organic shape and the green tiles lining the pool and the sandy surroundings make it blend in perfectly with nature.
Outside, the wooden decking marks the path that connects the house with the swimming pool and there are many private corners and places to retreat, read a book, sunbathe, relax and enjoy nature in its purest form.
Amenities include: air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, WI-FI, grill, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, safe, equipped work room and wine cooler. It also has its own parking for up to 4 vehicles.
