GURU LAB: a new sensory laboratory in Madrid

On September 24, we opened the doors of GURU LAB, our new space in Madrid where creativity is savored.

This gastronomic and creative laboratory redefines the concept of sensory experience, offering a versatile and unique setting for private and corporate events, productions, and immersive experiences.

What makes GURU LAB special is its flexibility: it can be rented as a blank canvas for those who want to create their event from scratch, or combined with the team’s gastronomic and cocktail offerings, which turn every experience into an authentic culinary performance.

Our event began with a personalized cocktail inspired by our corporate color, a warm terracotta that evoked The Sibarist’s visual identity, marking the start of an evening that promised to be as aesthetic as it was sensory.

To celebrate the opening, GURU LAB presented an exclusive menu under the concept “Pairing is Caring”, a gastronomic journey where each dish was balanced with carefully selected flavors, textures, and pairings. From Galician scallops with hollandaise gratin and fermented chilies to roasted eggplant with miso and pandan sesame, each creation reflected the laboratory’s philosophy: innovation, technique, and emotion.

We incorporate an enclave where culinary experimentation and visual narrative merge to create unique and memorable experiences. GURU LAB thus establishes itself as the space of the month, a place where creativity is tasted and experienced in every detail.
